"Think with purpose, act with intention" - a catchphrase that reminds us to be aware and purposeful in our thoughts and actions. By taking the time to consider our goals and values, we can make more informed and meaningful decisions that align with our true desires and aspirations. If you ever find yourself feeling distracted, remind yourself to focus on your intentions and let them steer your thoughts and actions. We will take time during this hour to do a quick relaxation exercise and mental check in.
